About the role
Responsibilities
- Stay updated with Cellular, O-RAN, and CPRI/eCPRI standards
- Gather technical requirements from customers and end users
- Provide recommendations for the product roadmap
- Design technical implementations for new features
- Drive proactive proposals to improve products and programs
- Guide team members in development practices and ensure high-quality code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CI teams
- Mentor junior developers to support technical excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, or similar
- 10+ years of development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded software development
- Proficiency in C programming and C++ design patterns
- Proven experience driving software development projects as an Architect
- Experience with Agile practices
- Experience with GIT/Jenkins or similar environments
- Experience in cellular technology (LTE and 5G NR RAN development)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in C# and Python
