Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
• Act as a Web Consultant for the Australian market
• Handle UK Telecom processes including call blocking services
• Engage in sales and support activities to meet performance targets

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in BPO environments preferred
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or undergraduate qualification
