Telecom MACD Provisioner- Disconnect Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process disconnect orders within internal systems and multiple carrier portals
• Review customer requests and ensure all related orders are appropriately disconnected
• Follow through with carriers to ensure completion of requests
• Update order logs and workload status daily per established procedures
• Use carrier portals including Verizon, Bandwidth, Inteliquent, and AT&T
• Interact with other departments and customers via telephone and email to resolve issues
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams during the order process

Requirements

• Experience with telecom carriers such as AT&T and Verizon
• Proven business experience in an office or call center environment
• Customer service experience and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom industry background
• Experience managing diverse projects and multiple demands
