Telecom MACD Provisioner

Responsibilities

• Process assigned orders for installation, disconnection, or changes for AireSpring services
• Review workload status daily and update order logs per established procedures
• Manage order types including Network orders, LNP, New DIDs, Virtual Fax, Long Distance, Toll Free numbers, and CNAM
• Utilize systems such as Verizon Portfolio, Bandwidth portal, Inteliquent portal, and internal systems to submit and follow up on requests
• Interact with customers and other departments via telephone and writing to resolve repairs and problems
• Update customers throughout the order process
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams during the order lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven business experience in an office or call center environment
• Customer service experience with a positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and interfaces simultaneously
• Strong motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision
