Telecom Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain network through monitoring and analysis
• Evaluate network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency
• Install, configure, and test equipment
• Perform tuning and troubleshooting of network problems
• Assist in site provisioning including racks, cabling (copper, fiber), and power setup
• Configure VMware ESXi hosts including startup profiles, storage, and security settings
• Define network policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in telecom engineering, communication engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to solve technical problems independently and within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development for web-based applications
