Telecom Administrator - Teams Telephony

Responsibilities

• Manage iOS / Android Enterprise fleets (enrollment, compliance, security)
• Deploy and manage BYOD / COPE / COBO policies
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access strategies for mobile devices
• Administer Microsoft Teams Phone (numbering, auto attendants, call queues)
• Manage SIP trunks, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect
• Integrate SBC (Session Border Controller) with operators
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and telephony add-ons
• Perform N2/N3 troubleshooting for mobility and telephony (audio quality, routing, latency, security)
• Migrate legacy solutions (IPBX, Centrex) to Teams Phone
• Monitor operators and suppliers (portability, incidents, SLA)
• Write operational documentation and procedures

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise mobility and IP telephony
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Teams Phone
• Experience in multi-client environments and complex migrations
• Ability to analyze complex incidents (voice, network, security)
• Proficiency in managing mobile and voice security and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex incident management and technical stakeholder communication
