Telecom 5G Technical Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop physical layer simulations using Matlab and C++ to support trade-off analyses
• Analyze and optimize signal processing algorithms
• Specify modem processing functions including timing, synchronization, and phase/frequency
• Participate in the design and justification of system architecture
• Contribute to E2E system engineering activities within the Satellite Physical Layer team

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Telecommunications, networks, or systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications and/or the space sector
• Experience in telecom systems engineering, specifically the physical layer
• Proficiency in digital signal processing
• Mastery of Matlab and C++
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Willingness to travel for professional meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, coaching, or mentoring
• Interest in knowledge capitalization and professional structuring
