Telecalling Collections Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Managing the portfolio by strategizing and driving collections for the assigned region
• Setting up and managing tele-calling for the product
• Controlling roll rates and recovery of overdue from the delinquent pool
• Driving compliance to collection processes and adherence to KPI
• Developing and executing collection strategies consistent with the nature of exposure
• Designing and implementing Compliance & Controls for the collections unit
• Monitoring delinquent portfolios to create location-level strategies
• Managing expense and leading systemic technology enhancements
• Designing Customer Segmentation and Treatment Analysis

Requirements

• MBA or Graduate degree and above
• At least 10 years of experience in collections
• Mandatory experience in New age NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech
• Thorough understanding of all bucket collections
• Strong decision-making and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills
