Telecaller

Responsibilities

• Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Explain the benefits and services offered under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana solar energy project
• Generate customer interest and qualify potential leads
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate call records
• Coordinate with the sales team to assist in lead conversion and business closure
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective and professional communication

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Fluency in Odia and Hindi is required (English is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve daily calling and conversion targets
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation
• Experience working within the solar energy or renewable energy sector
