Tele Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of callers to achieve sales targets
• Call potential or existing customers to promote products and services
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to prospects
• Handle customer questions, objections, and close sales deals over the phone
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to drive conversions

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in team handling or leadership roles
• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Excel and CRM software
• Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under pressure
• A confident and positive attitude
