Tele-Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by promoting and selling financial products via outbound and inbound calls
• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursal and productivity targets
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency while processing customer interactions
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines and prevent mis-selling or fraud
• Maintain updated and accurate records of customer communication and sales progress
• Support operational excellence by following internal processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in credit products like loans and credit cards
• Strong communication and telesales skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively pitch financial products
• Commitment to meeting and exceeding monthly sales and productivity targets
• Ability to maintain high productivity standards with speed and accuracy
• Commitment to ethical sales practices and preventing fraud
