Responsibilities
- Conduct structured initial outreach to pre-qualified leads using proven conversation scripts.

- Document all conversation results and lead details precisely within the CRM system.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified contacts to the sales team through detailed logging.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects to ensure no information is lost during the lead qualification process.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in German.
- Highly disciplined, reliable, and able to follow strict processes.
- Strong, clear, and professional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A structured working style with an ability to manage high volumes of calls and documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
