Responsibilities
- Conduct structured initial outreach to warm leads following defined processes
- Qualify leads professionally and document conversation results meticulously
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospects and strategy consultants
- Support long-term customer relationship building through follow-up actions and documentation
- Maintain high quality standards using existing checklists to ensure professional communication
- Provide occasional support at trade fairs and company events
Requirements
- Fluency in German (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work according to clear guidelines
- Disciplined and resilient approach, maintaining friendliness during high call volumes
- Clear, professional, and binding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in using tools, lists, and structured documentation
- Commercial training or initial sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
