Responsibilities
- Perform structured initial contact with warm leads following defined processes
- Qualify leads professionally and document conversation results carefully
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between interested prospects and strategy consultants
- Support long-term customer relationship building through clear information delivery and follow-up planning
- Maintain high quality standards by using existing checklists and ensuring all documentation is complete and traceable
- Assist the team at trade fairs and events as needed to represent the company professionally
Requirements
- High level of organizational skills and ability to work with structured documentation
- Disciplined, resilient, and able to remain focused and friendly during high call volumes
- Clear, understandable, and binding verbal and written communication skills (German speaking)
- Ability to follow structured processes and work according to clear guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial training or initial experience in sales
