Responsibilities
- Conduct structured initial outreach to pre-qualified leads using proven conversation guides
- Organize and schedule appointments between potential customers and the strategy team
- Document all conversation results and lead details with high precision
- Maintain clean and accurate data within the CRM system to ensure seamless handovers to the sales team
- Support daily sales operations by ensuring reliability and order within the lead qualification process
Requirements
- Ability to work according to clear guidelines and maintain focus during high call volumes
- Disciplined, persistent, and reliable approach to recurring processes
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in working with lists, digital tools, and structured documentation
- German language proficiency is required
