Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured initial outreach to pre-qualified leads using proven conversation scripts.
• Organize and schedule appointments between potential customers and the strategy team.
• Document all conversation results and lead details precisely within the CRM system.
• Ensure a smooth handover of qualified contacts to the sales team through detailed logging.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects to ensure no information is lost during the lead qualification process.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• Highly disciplined, reliable, and able to maintain focus during high call volumes.
• Strong, clear, and professional communication skills (both verbal and written).
• A structured working style with an affinity for lists, tools, and systematic documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial training or previous experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured lead processes.
