Tegra Manufacturing Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design automation tools for product definitions, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis
• Drive Tegra diagnosis and analyze test issues for embedded and automotive products
• Qualify equipment, fixtures, and tooling for NVIDIA manufacturing usage models
• Develop data automation and tool generation solutions, including the deployment of AI and machine learning for production automation
• Provide feedback and assist in the development of embedded/automotive product debug tools
• Follow up on embedded/automotive product test setups (ICT and FCT) and resolve issues related to diagnostic packages and documentation

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic Control, or Systems Engineering
• 5+ years of related professional experience
• Hands-on experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Deep knowledge of low-level software drivers and kernel
• Ability to debug at the board level and proficiency with probing hardware
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MCU or FPGA programming and debugging
• Familiarity with scripting languages including Python, Perl, Java, Shell, or VB
• Experience in test plan development, failure processing, and test program development
• Knowledge of x86 assembly, PC architecture, and power management
• Experience running system-level diagnostic tests and a deep understanding of their purpose
