About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily safety conditions in industrial areas to ensure zero incidents
- Conduct technical meetings and safety briefings with work teams
- Investigate incidents and analyze high-risk work methods like working at heights or confined spaces
- Review and validate preventive documentation and work permits
Requirements
- University or technical degree with Official Master in PRL (including 3 Technical Specialties)
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Availability to work in the San Roque / Algeciras / La Línea area
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in heavy industry, refineries, naval, or large-scale construction
- Experience in field supervision
