About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and create components for injection molds through the programming and operation of CNC and conventional machines.
- Create drawings and specifications for components to ensure the proper functioning of injection molds.
- Program and operate CNC and vertical machining centers to ensure the availability of spare parts for the molding area.
Requirements
- Completed or incomplete upper secondary education in machine tools.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing components for injection molds using CNC machines with Fanuc control.
- Experience operating conventional machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and cylindrical and surface grinders.
- Proficiency in CAD-CAM software such as Solidworks, Powershape, Power Mill, Mastercam, or Camworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies and 5S.
