About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement and lead maintenance protocols using predictive analysis, IoT technologies, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Operate boiler systems using gas and diesel (ACPM) following internal procedures.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of solar panels and potable water systems.
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints for assembly and repair tasks.
- Coordinate and document technical activities, including installations, calibrations, and adjustments, to ensure full traceability.
- Provide support for CCTV systems, HVAC, cold water systems, and facility maintenance such as pipe repairs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement energy efficiency and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Higher Technician degree or equivalent in Electromechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technician, Electrician, or Instrumentation Technician.
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience in electromechanical maintenance, boiler operation, or critical systems.
- Proficiency with standard testing equipment, including voltmeters and clamp meters.
- Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for documenting and reporting maintenance and engineering activities.
- Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional overtime.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools, automation systems, and emerging maintenance technologies.
- Familiarity with electric motion control systems and machine vision.
- Demonstrated ability to apply algebra, trigonometry, and software programming to solve technical problems.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and proactive risk management in industrial environments.
