Técnico Operaciones Geocycle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production processes to ensure waste mixing meets quality plans in collaboration with Laboratory personnel.
• Maintain constant communication with the cement plant operations area (COP) to ensure timely supply of alternative fuels and raw materials.
• Lead and motivate work teams to achieve productivity goals and implement process improvement projects to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Ensure workplace order, cleanliness, and a healthy environment in compliance with organizational standards.
• Update quality, environmental, and H&S management system procedures and design training programs for personnel.
• Control consumable material inventories and perform equipment cleaning routines to ensure optimal operation.
• Apply preventive measures and H&S guidelines to all activities performed by the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency level B1.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years of experience in personnel management, team organization, and shift reporting.
• 2 years of experience in material reception administration and incident report control.
