About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks including plumbing, patching, and painting.
- Handle wall plastering and detailing work.
- Prepare material lists required to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform drywall (Tablaroca) installation and repair work.
- Execute floor tiling and joint installation.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on LP gas installations.
- Maintain and repair load racks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Technical degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge in civil works, including plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and waterproofing.
- Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of LP gas systems.
- Strong service attitude, honesty, and stress tolerance.
- Wide availability of working hours.
