Técnico Mecânico II - Utilidades

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and disassembly of rotary and alternative equipment
• Execute maintenance and adjustments on mechanical parts and bearings
• Replace gaskets, mechanical seals, and seals
• Perform shaft alignment using conversational and laser methods
• Conduct cutting operations using oxy-fuel cutting, grinders, and electrode welding
• Carry out machining adjustments and propose improvements to mechanical systems
• Manage and execute activity planning and technical reporting
• Perform maintenance activities on hydraulic systems

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Proficiency in metrology and measurement techniques
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical seals
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial service maintenance or engineering companies
• Previous experience in the Pulp & Paper industry
• Knowledge of SAP software
