Técnico Mecânico II - Lubrificação

Responsibilities

• Elaborate technical reports and activity planning
• Perform assembly and disassembly of rotary and alternative equipment
• Execute mechanical adjustments, dimensional tolerances, and machining adjustments
• Replace gaskets, mechanical seals, and seals
• Perform bearing assembly and adjustments
• Conduct conversational and laser shaft alignment
• Carry out activities in hydraulic systems
• Perform sheet metal cutting using oxy-fuel cutting, grinders, and electrode welding
• Propose improvements to mechanical systems

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Knowledge of metrology and measurement techniques
• Knowledge of mechanical seals and hydraulic systems
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial service maintenance or engineering companies
• Previous experience in the Pulp & Paper segment
• Knowledge of SAP
