Técnico Instrumentação II

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain instrumentation and control systems in an industrial environment
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, including calibrations and adjustments
• Identify and propose improvements to maintenance systems and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and prepare technical reports
• Configure analog and microprocessed instruments using HART technology
• Verify the functionality of measurement, control, and actuation systems
• Support equipment testing, startups, and installation/replacement processes
• Record maintenance and calibration data in information systems (SAP)

Requirements

• Technical degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields
• Proven experience in industrial instrumentation maintenance
• Strong knowledge of measurement principles for pressure, flow, level, and temperature
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Understanding of HART technology, fieldbus networks (Profibus/Fieldbus Foundation), and control loops
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as P&ID diagrams and loop diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in continuous process industries, preferably in Pulp & Paper
• Knowledge of metrology and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards
