Técnico Generalista

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based assistance within the assigned region for patients undergoing oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments.
• Manage the full treatment cycle, including treatment starts, equipment installation, functional checks, and treatment conclusions.
• Educate patients on the safe use and maintenance of equipment, such as oxygen concentrators and liquid oxygen containers.
• Implement company procedures regarding safety, stock management, maintenance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting of services via the HOMES system and manage daily operational stock.
• Collect and manage medical prescriptions and necessary billing codes to ensure continuity of care and administrative accuracy.

Requirements

• 12th-grade education (12º Ano).
• Proven experience in patient assistance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer and patient orientation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the healthcare sector.
