About the role
Responsibilities
- Control and maintain the production process to ensure product quality and production plan alignment
- Operate and adjust production equipment, understanding component functions for process efficiency
- Execute automatic and emergency machine stops and start-ups to ensure safety and continuity
- Implement 6S methodology for equipment organization and cleanliness
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize processes and productivity
Requirements
- Knowledge of process management indicators such as OEE, FTT, and BTS
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams
- Experience in preventive maintenance and component replacement
- Skills in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Competence in team management and supervising manufacturing operators
