About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform biological sample collection with high precision and care
- Provide warm and professional attention to all patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and sample shipping
- Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Clinical Laboratory Technician, Nursing, Chemical Laboratory Technician, QFB, QBP, or related field (Intern or Graduated)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Practical knowledge of vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
