Responsibilities

• Monitor electrical equipment to ensure correct operation and report any malfunctions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate technical issues effectively
• Perform setup, installation, and readiness checks for equipment operations
• Execute recommended preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability
• Review all equipment components to ensure they meet quality control standards
• Complete all required documentation to maintain accurate maintenance records
• Operate company vehicles as needed to service remote devices
• Assist and guide Level 1 technicians in daily tasks

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent technical experience
• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and electrical maintenance
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality control criteria
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining technical records
• Ability to operate a vehicle to reach various service locations
• Effective communication skills to exchange technical information and ideas
