Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as mills, pelletizers, baggers, elevators, conveyors, and boilers.
• Implement and modify programming for computer-controlled systems under regular guidance.
• Participate in the design and installation of new or upgraded machinery and equipment.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting for machinery and automation failures, including motor controls and sensing devices.
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance on packaging, processing, and storage systems.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve plant asset reliability and safety.

Requirements

• Technical degree or higher in Electromechanics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance within feed plants (plantas de balanceado).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general computer use.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg and perform tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, or twisting.
• Ability to work in various environments involving noise, dust, and chemicals while using required PPE.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with prior notice.
• Ability to work at heights (1.2 meters or more).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and welding.
• Experience with safe boiler operation.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment.
