Responsibilities

• Analyze and release final products for enzymatic, acid, and oil refineries, as well as natural starch from the packaging plant.
• Manage product release in SAP, ensuring all materials and finished goods meet established specifications and parameters.
• Perform sampling and analysis according to current Inspection and Testing (I&E) plans for in-process and finished products.
• Generate reports for special samples, customer claims, and CRA requirements.
• Maintain laboratory standards, including 5S methodology, equipment calibration, and reagent expiration management.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (BPD) and industrial safety protocols.
• Participate in occupational health and safety activities, including risk assessment and emergency response.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality, laboratory, or physicochemical analysis.
• Degree or technical qualification in Chemical Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of BPM, BPD, BPL, and Industrial Safety standards (emergency plans, confined spaces, lockout/tagout).
• Technical English skills (desirable).
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and assertive communication.
