Técnico Eletricista

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance activities for industrial equipment and systems
• Perform routine inspections to ensure proper equipment operation and identify potential failures
• Conduct failure analyses and implement definitive solutions for recurring technical issues
• Execute technical interventions following established procedures to ensure quality and safety
• Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and performance indicators
• Monitor operational conditions to act preventively and avoid deviations
• Support the planning and budgetary control of maintenance activities
• Train and develop the technical team, promoting standardization and best practices
• Participate in audits and certification processes regarding safety, environment, and quality
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and operational efficiency
• Coordinate activities of third-party contractors and suppliers during technical interventions

Requirements

• Technical degree in electronics, electrical, electrotechnics, electromechanics, or mechanics
• Experience working in chemical or continuous process industries
• Knowledge of industrial automation and SCADA systems
