Técnico EHS II

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS strategies, processes, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal frameworks and internal procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental performance.
• Maintain open dialogue and promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the assigned area.
• Ensure the Management System is established and maintained according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Identify safety hazards and environmental risks, advising on mitigation strategies.
• Participate in the management of legal requirements and coordinate improvement plans.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of EHS documentation and training materials.
• Supervise the implementation of non-conformities, risks, and opportunities identified by area management.

Requirements

• Completed High School education (Ensino Médio completo).
• Technical degree in Occupational Safety (Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho).
• Proven experience working in industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in Environment (Meio Ambiente) is considered a significant advantage.
