About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via telephone and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to pharmaceutical software, including scheduling, clinical records, billing, and electronic prescriptions
- Register and track incidents within the ticketing system
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team for resolution
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs
- Support user training on software functionality
Requirements
- Education in Information Technology, Networking, or Systems
- Interest in the technology and healthcare sectors
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Ability to work in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Windows platforms (Server and workstation)
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and hardware
- Database skills
