About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via telephone and remote access
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to pharmaceutical software, including scheduling, clinical records, billing, and electronic prescriptions
  • Register and track incidents within the ticketing system
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team for resolution
  • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs
  • Support user training on software functionality

Requirements

  • Education in Information Technology, Networking, or Systems
  • Interest in the technology and healthcare sectors
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities
  • Ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows platforms (Server and workstation)
  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and hardware
  • Database skills
