Técnico de Suporte e Operação de Plataformas de Software

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, support, and software installation on telecommunications platforms.
• Ensure the correct functioning of communication systems for mobile and fixed networks.
• Manage and track support tickets using ticketing tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both Portuguese and English to provide clear and timely responses.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call prevention shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within complex and distributed environments.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of NGIN, SHIPNET, and SOSSIS.
• Experience with ticketing and workflow tools such as Remedy.
• Proficiency in databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of Client-Server architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with JBoss middleware.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Jira and Toad.
• Mandatory fluency in English and strong written communication skills in Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in systems analysis.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Containers (Docker), Microservices, and DevOps.
