Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Ensure proper escalation of unresolved technical issues to the next level of support.
- Follow up, route, and redirect technical problems to the appropriate resources.
- Manage supply chain replenishment, specifically for special orders for AAA clients.
- Monitor merchandise preparation processes until delivery to the final customer.
- Assist in the introduction of new products for the Mexico and Latin America markets.
Requirements
