Técnico de Soporte en Relegalización (Temporal)

Responsibilities

• Search, collect, and attach evidence and documentation within SAP (XD01 / XD02 / XD03)
• Ensure correct organization and uploading of documentation into the system
• Provide support in basic record validation under supervision
• Open and manage incidents when documentation is missing or discrepancies exist
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Master Data, Customer Support, and Quality, to resolve cases

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP, preferably in customer master data management
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of records
• Ability to follow structured processes oriented toward compliance
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GxP processes
