Responsibilities
- Perform loading and unloading of tooling materials
- Identify welding defects and perform root cause analysis
- Execute troubleshooting and problem-solving within the production area
- Conduct basic maintenance and care for welding equipment
Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or technical degree
- Proficiency in Tig, Mig, and Spot welding techniques
- Knowledge of robotic micro-wire welding (MIG)
- Experience managing welding parameters
- Experience with polishing, rework, and welding beads
- Availability to work various shifts
