Responsibilities

• Execute general maintenance for facilities and buildings.
• Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on installations.
• Verify safe and functional conditions in both operational and administrative areas.
• Support the conservation of furniture and facilities.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and workplace organization standards.
• Maintain logs and checklists for all completed tasks.
• Handle specific tasks such as installing lighting, repairing leaks, and wall patching.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in industrial or operational environments is preferred.
