Técnico de Seguridad (Móvil)

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and tours to ensure safety compliance.
• Review scheduled and unscheduled tasks to guarantee clear responsibility assignment between Moctezuma and contractors.
• Support field coordinators in supervising high-risk activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve safety standards based on identified opportunities during field visits.
• Advise, train, and provide guidance to all organizational areas regarding the correct interpretation and application of safety regulations, procedures, and guides.
• Deliver inductions, training, and coaching to both internal staff and contractors.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of verifiable experience as a safety supervisor.
• Deep knowledge of STPS regulations and civil protection.
• Experience in emergency brigade management.
• Proficiency in incident and accident investigation and analysis.
• Expertise in risk analysis mechanisms and emergency response plans.
• Ability to operate emergency response and measurement equipment.
