About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Plan and execute routine inspections of workplaces, equipment, and accessories
- Conduct and document investigations into workplace accidents
- Deliver safety training sessions to staff
- Analyze work methods and processes to identify risk factors for accidents and occupational diseases
Requirements
- Technical degree in Work Safety (Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Norms (Normas Regulamentadoras)
- Experience working in field environments, preferably in construction sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in substations or hydroelectric plants (UHEs)
