Técnico de PRL - Hormigón

Responsibilities

• Advise and support assigned work centers to improve occupational health and safety (OH&S) conditions.
• Coordinate the implementation of legal requirements and Group safety policies.
• Perform and review risk assessments and propose control measures.
• Provide OH&S consultancy to management, workers, and the purchasing department.
• Lead safety and health committees and plan preventive activity campaigns.
• Audit safety management systems, training, and business activity coordination.
• Analyze accidents and risk situations to develop future prevention action plans.
• Plan and deliver safety training and conduct hygienic measurements.
• Manage emergency response, first aid direction, and statistical accident reporting.
• Maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and official inspection agencies.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Engineering.
• Master's degree in PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) covering Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• Minimum English level of B1.
• Full availability for frequent travel to work centers across Central, Levante, and Northwest regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Management Systems (Quality, Environment, and Safety & Health).
• Experience in the construction materials industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and other management IT tools.
• Experience in change management.
