Técnico de Prevención y Sistemas de Gestión ISO 45001

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001 in the Burgos and Salas plants
• Design, plan, and execute internal audit programs, defining scope, criteria, and methodologies
• Perform inspections of processes, facilities, equipment, documentation, and records to verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify deviations, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities, promoting corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of external audits and certification processes
• Prepare reports, indicators, and technical documentation related to preventive management
• Develop activities specific to an in-house Prevention Service
• Collaborate with various departments to foster a strong preventive culture oriented toward continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
• Specific training as an ISO 45001 Management System Auditor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety functions, preferably in industrial environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, maintenance, or auditing of ISO 45001 Management Systems
• Knowledge of current legislation regarding Occupational Risk Prevention
• Analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills
• Intermediate English level is valued
