Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and communicate legal and other EHS requirements, actively supporting their implementation
• Develop and maintain an EHS management system based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ZF standards
• Lead the EHS risk assessment and reduction process, including accident prevention programs
• Drive continuous improvement processes within the EHS domain
• Establish, implement, and conduct EHS training programs
• Ensure accurate reporting of EHS topics and KPIs
• Network within the global EHS group and interact with regional/divisional functions
• Coordinate with the Health and Safety Committee and competent authorities

Requirements

• Spanish degree as Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
• Specialization in Safety and Ergonomics
• More than 3 years of professional experience in a similar EHS role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in SAP
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for EHS
