About the role

Responsibilities

  • Control, coordinate, and plan preventive activities for i-DE Smart Electrical Grids to ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the correct application of corporate policies, procedures, and safety criteria across all i-DE areas.
  • Coordinate internal departments and collaborating companies in the planning and execution of preventive activities.
  • Supervise documentation and preventive processes associated with works, services, and area activities.
  • Drive the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Evaluate and guarantee compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
  • Foster a preventive culture through training, awareness, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Perform quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (preferably including Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology specialties).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in prevention departments, ideally within the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Specialized knowledge in managing prevention for electrical distribution networks (MAT, AT, MT, BT lines, transformation centers, and electrical substations).
  • C1 level English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in database management and data analytics.
