Técnico de Maquinado

Responsibilities

• Operate and program conventional lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machining centers
• Fabricate precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Interpret mechanical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and GD&T
• Design and modify mechanical components, fixtures, and tooling using SolidWorks
• Generate and update manufacturing drawings
• Perform dimensional inspection of parts before, during, and after machining
• Support manufacturing through automation projects and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance departments

Requirements

• Technical degree in Machines and Tools, Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in conventional and CNC machining
• Experience in precision part fabrication
• Solid knowledge of mechanical drawing interpretation and GD&T
• Advanced use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometers, Dial indicators, etc.)
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Experience in CNC machining center operation and programming
• Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication processes
• Availability to work in both shifts
