Técnico de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to ensure operational continuity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Support the management of spare parts and materials using Oracle systems.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including building repairs, lighting, and HVAC/extractor inspections.
• Utilize specialized controls and equipment such as PLC Allen Bradley, Servomotors, and SmartPac.
• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), working at heights, and hot work procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S philosophy.
• Monitor and interpret analog and digital signals through equipment diagnostics.

Requirements

• Technical degree (preferably in Maintenance or a related field).
• 3 years of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of injection machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and hydraulic drawings.
• Proficiency in using conventional machining tools.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (1st and 2nd shift).
• Must have reliable transportation to the site in Querétaro.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with arc welding and polishing.
• Experience operating cranes and aerial platforms.
