About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment
- Diagnose, repair, and replace hardware components
- Provide basic technical support at client installations
- Ensure correct equipment operation and report incidents
- Travel to client locations according to the established schedule
Requirements
- Training in IT, microcomputing, or similar (Vocational Training/FP)
- Basic knowledge of hardware and Windows operating systems
- Basic notions of networking and domains
- Valid B driving license
- Availability to travel within the provinces of Valencia and Castellón
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internships or first jobs) in equipment repair
