Técnico de Mantenimiento de Climatización

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive tasks in HVAC installations including AFS, ACS, PCI networks, cooling towers, and boilers
• Recover fluorinated gases, control leaks, and repair refrigeration systems according to current regulations
• Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Measure and control air quality and energy consumption of installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legionella prevention, and fluorinated gas regulations
• Record interventions, operating parameters, and energy consumption
• Perform general maintenance on building machinery and installations
• Collaborate with the technical team

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher degree or professional certificate in a related specialty
• RITE installer certificate for thermal installations in buildings
• Fluorinated gases certificate
