Responsibilities

• Manage subsidized training programs from design to execution, ensuring technical and documentary compliance with current regulations
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and collaborating entities to ensure a high-quality training experience
• Perform administrative and economic monitoring of projects, including preparing reports, justifications, and documentation for funding bodies
• Maintain management systems and databases to guarantee traceability and control of each training project

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in subsidized training management
• Up-to-date knowledge of training subsidies in Catalonia
• Proficiency in office tools, GIA, Conforcat, and Qbid (especially Excel and document managers)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to commute to El Prat del Llobregat
